Jad N. Lahoud
Mr. Lahoud is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Messium Partners, LLC. As Executive Chairman, Mr. Lahoud, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the Company and its investment in eMerge and to lead the operations of the Company including its capital raising efforts and maintaining the investment in eMerge. Mr. Lahoud is an established business owner and entrepreneur in the real estate and construction industries. In 1991 Mr. Lahoud founded L&H Partners, a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in high-end construction and management, and has since served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lahoud has led the expansion of L&H Partners through its associations with Civic Construction and Trinity Construction Group, to take on large and small projects from high-rise projects, multifamily, hotel, and healthcare projects, luxury homes, and private condos, corporate offices, restaurants, and places of worship.
Youssef N. Zakharia
Mr. Zakharia is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Messium Partners, LLC. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zakharia, in collaboration with the Executive Chairman, is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the Company and its investment in eMerge and to lead the operations of the Company including its capital raising efforts and maintaining the investment in eMerge. Previously, beginning in 2000 Mr. Zakharia served in a number of executive roles of increasing responsibility at Del Monte Fresh Produce International Inc. (“Del Monte”), a $4.5 billion, public traded company (FDP), culminating in his role as Global President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he held from 2016 through 2022. Prior to his time at Del Monte, Mr. Zakharia was the Regional General Manager, International Sales EAME for A.W. Chesterton, based in Paris, France from 1997 to 2000 and served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility from 1988 to 1997 at Nevada Power Company, culminating in the role of Director. Mr. Zakharia holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from American University of Beirut in Lebanon, a MS in electrical engineering, telecommunication from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and an executive MBA from the advanced leadership program with a focus on power generation and management from the University of Southern California.
Oscar F. Seikaly
Mr. Seikaly is the co-founder of Messium Partners, LLC. As a co-owner of the Company through Messium Holdings, LLC, Mr. Seikaly assists generally with strategic planning and investor relations. Currently, Mr. Seikaly is the CEO of NSI Insurance Group, one of the largest privately-owned firms that specializes in insuring families and businesses throughout the US and in over 80 countries. He is a Graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York and Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts where he was a member of the board of Trustees for 10 years. He also attended Columbia University to specialize in the Foreign Policy of the People’s Republic of China. He was a member of the Producer Advisory Council of AIG and is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Vault Reciprocal Exchange. He is presently a member of the Collector's Council and is a Benefactor of the Perez Art Museum of Miami, Board Member of the Bass Museum of Art, Collector’s Council of the Institute of Contemporary Artin Miami, Board Member of Takreem Americas, member of the Advisory Board of University of Miami School of Law’s RPD program and Sponsor of the Miami City Ballet. In addition, he is active in numerous other civic and charity organizations such as, The Pompidou Foundation, Doctors Without Borders and is a member of United Way’s Tocqueville Society. Oscar is the recipient of several professional awards and designations in the insurance industry.
